Jeff realized he liked working with his hands after learning how to fix bikes in high school shop class. His aptitude and enjoyment for hands-on disciplines then led him to work in the auto industry and Frank Motors. Jeff learns quickly and values how everyone helps each other out whenever they can.

Customer service comes naturally to Jeff and his friendliness creates positive communication channels so that car concerns get diagnosed accurately. He also sees the value in working methodically, often asking to show customers the problem, rather than describe it, so that it is solved efficiently.

Jeff is passionate about everything about cars and loves looking at cars that need either a fix or cleaning. He would love to be a car collector one day.
