Bob came to his position at Frank Motors knowing that social skills are often just as important as driving skills. And he quickly settled in to his mission, assuring every shuttle experience is safe, pleasant and friendly.

One of the things Bob appreciates most about his job is how he has seen the genuine collaborative approach all staff members bring to their work. Any challenges with a repair job become a team matter so that the customer’s needs are taken care of.

In everything he does, Bob’s approach puts others at ease; he’s just plain likeable and a great guy to have around. When he’s not at work, Bob is happy puttering away around the house or bird watching.
