Kyle’s love for all things motorized started with a passion for vintage vehicles. After his apprenticeship course, he took the job at Frank Motors and realized the team environment was second to none. He says the team is made up of good people with a common goal to keep customers’ cars and the shop running as smooth as possible.
One thing he loves most about his job is the unique opportunity to help people traveling trough Manitoba/Canada get back on the road after a breakdown. Perhaps this is because it usually involving a vintage Volkswagen of some sort, which Kyle happens to particularly enjoy.
Kyle is highly accountable in everything he does. He is patient and prefers to use active listening skills to discover what someone needs. He appreciates how the Frank Motors team culture is based on friendship and a mutual love of cars.
“One of my favourite days as a staff member was the day Milan and I installed the new high performance engine into my 1968 Beetle and it will always stand out as my favourite day in the shop.”
